Today the j1s have assembly(that means its us lar!). We have a talk by this erm...well..i forgot that speaker's name and her company. But its about knowing about ourself. We do this "DISC" profiling. And found out that i belong to the "C" group which is "compliant,correct". Then it further say that i am a precisionist/perfectionist/Traditional One. It was ly...so unexpected lor!! I was soo sooo surprised!! Then i started thinking am i a perfectionist? And thinking wat it means by perfectionist.
The booklet wrote a paragragh describing wat one who is a perfectionist is like:
"Individuals who are Precisionists exhibit a precise, detailed, satble nature. They are systematic thinkers. They act in a highly tactful and diplomatic fashion, taking care to avoid conflicts.....blah blah n so on..."
After thinking for a long long time..i tink some of them applies to me lor..ly "They want exact facts and figures before they will make a decision, and feel uneasy when forced to decide anything quickly" ya...tink true lor..cos i really don't like people to forced me to make decide fast fast one.
