I am disgusted by the type of customer service in one shop i went to today.

I wanted GRAPES milk tea. But the person heard it as RED colour milk tea. When she has prepared finished, she said"your milk tea". Then i politely told her that i wanted grapes milk tea. Then she gave me a fed-up and said:"Then you just now said you wan MILK TEA?" My friend then told her that i just now told heri want grapes milk tea.

Hmmm.. i dont know is it my pronounciation or the person heard wrongly. But in either case, the shop assisant should not give me that kind of bad attitude.

Customer is always right. This should be the kind of attitude in customer service. Competition is high nowadays. So what if the food that is selling in the shop is tasty and delicious? If the type of attitude in customer servicer isnt right, in the long run, people may not want to visit the shop again.

Everyone hope to have a good day. Imagining you had a good day and just, your day was ruined by the bad customer service in a restaurant that you had dinner at. Wasnt it just so...?

Another scenario. Early morning you went to have breakfast at somewhere near you workplace, and you were greeted by the warm smiles of the people there, isnt that warm up your day? Even though you may not have a good mood, but at least it do spice up your day a bit.

So thats all i am going to say now. I do hope the customer service in that shop will improve.
